Swift-Clean provides software tools that help laundry and dry-cleaning businesses manage orders, communicate with customers, and send order-related notifications. This page explains how customer consent (“opt-in”) for receiving SMS messages is collected and how customers can opt out.
Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from any other agreements and is not required to make a purchase.
Customers provide their mobile phone numbers in person at the time of order placement at a participating Swift-Clean partner store. Before collecting a customer's phone number, store staff will clearly inform them: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Swift-Clean about your orders, including order confirmations, pickup or delivery reminders, delays, issues, damage notifications, and payment receipts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. By verbally agreeing and providing their number, customers explicitly consent to receive these text messages. This consent is separate from any other agreements or terms and is not required to complete a purchase.

Messages are sent using Twilio's secure SMS/MMS service. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, they will no longer receive SMS notifications unless they give consent again when placing a new order. Reply HELP for assistance.
Phone numbers are used solely to communicate order-related updates. We do not sell or share numbers with third parties for marketing. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
